Action Telephone Exchange
management and office staff are available daily to
answer questions about your account, billing, or
pagers. Caring personal service is so important, and
truly hard to find these days. We firmly believe that
our success is based on our commitment to telephone
answering excellence.
There is a member of
management on call 24 hours a day to answer questions or
solve problems, our office manager, general manager, and
president are available daily. We insist that our staff
take care of your callers the way that your staff would,
and that they convey your own personal image to your
callers at all times. We care a great deal about our
customers, their clients, and our work.
There is a shift
supervisor on duty on every shift, responsible for
everything on their shift and available at any time to
answer customer questions, alter dispatch instructions,
and add or remove e-mails, pagers, or fax information.
Additionally, each of our managers has a remote terminal
in their home, allowing them to assist during unexpected
peaks in call volume.
Every applicant is
carefully screened for voice quality and grammar, as
well as appropriate work experience and emotional
maturity. Every operator must undergo a rigorous
two-stage training program under our professional
trainers. Training includes efficient call handling
techniques, knowledge of customer accounts, and use of
our
StarTel software.
Before training even begins, each operator signs a
confidentiality agreement, which is renewed after every
two years of employment.
We have remarkably low
turnover, and most of our operators have been with us
for upwards of five years. As a result, many of them
have first-hand knowledge of each of the accounts in our
system, allowing for optimal call efficiency and
accuracy.
We believe that our
customer care representatives are the pinnacle of our
continued success. Action Telephone Exchange has
