We at Action Telephone Exchange take your privacy very seriously. Please be assured we will not use any of your personal information in any way other than it's intended use. While information is key and a cornerstone of our ability to provide a quality service to our customers, one of our most important asset is your trust. Keeping customer information secure, and using it as only you would want us to, is a priority for all of us at Action Telephone Exchange.

We will not:

• Share your private information with anyone, this including your personal name, address, e-mail address, company name, your client names anything discussed with us or any other correspondence.
   

• Sell any of your private information for any reason.
   

• Advertise or use your name, your company name or clients names without your permission.

We will:

• Treat your privacy with the utmost respect and keep all private matters private.

• We will safeguard any information that you share with us, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality.

• We will limit the collection and use of information to the absolute minimum we require to deliver quality service to you, our customer, which includes advising you about products, services and other opportunities, and to administer our business.
   

• We will not reveal your information to any external company or organization unless we have previously informed you in disclosures or agreements or we have been authorized by you, or are required to by law.
   

• We will permit only our duly authorized staff, to have access to your information. Any member of staff who violates our Privacy Promise will be subject to disciplinary process.
   

• We will always maintain control over the confidentiality of your information. We may, however, facilitate relevant offers from reputable companies. We will not allow your information to be given to these companies unless you have specifically expressed interest in their products or services.
   

• Whenever we hire other organizations, manufacturers or third parties to provide support services, we will require them to conform to our privacy standards and to allow us to audit them for compliance.
   

• For purposes of credit reporting, verification and risk management, we will exchange information about you only with reputable reference sources and clearinghouse services.
   

• We will attempt to keep our customer files complete, up-to-date, and accurate.
