Using the Overflow Service

When you are calling an office that you are attempting to do business with, or attempting to get assistance from, you want someone to address your needs. Few things are more frustrating than a busy signal, voicemail, or seemingly terminal hold. What is Overflow Service?


With overflow service your calls will be forwarded to us during the day once they reach the predetermined number of rings, all lines are busy, or in any other circumstance in which your voicemail would normally kick in.

We can take messages from the callers and forward them to you through whichever medium is most convenient for your staff.
