Using the Overflow
Service
When you are calling an
office that you are attempting to do business with, or
attempting to get assistance from, you want someone to
address your needs. Few things are more frustrating than
a busy signal, voicemail, or seemingly terminal hold.
Unfortunately, no matter what business you are in, you
will at times get busy or short staffed, and find your
customers having to face one of those options. Unless,
that is, you use our overflow service.
What is Overflow Service?
With overflow service
your calls will be forwarded to us during the day once
they reach the predetermined number of rings, all lines
are busy, or in any other circumstance in which your
voicemail would normally kick in.
Our staff is sitting here
ready and willing to handle these calls for you, and to
help your business run more smoothly. We can take
messages from the callers and forward them to you
through whichever medium is most convenient for your
staff. Your callers don't have to deal with the
frustration of not being able to get through to someone
to deal with their problem.

If all that we could do
was listen to information provided by the caller and
repeat it to you, that would be the case. However, we
have multiple inherent advantages over a simple
voicemail.
First, there is no human
interaction with voicemail. It can't make sure that the
information you need in order to process the call is
provided by your callers. Our clients inform us of the
information that they require from their callers, and
our operators acquire this information from every
caller.
Your voicemail is also
incapable of sorting the emergencies from the routine
calls. With our overflow service, you can set a
different form of dispatch for calls that must be dealt
with immediately. While we may deliver your routine
callers to a fax machine, e-mail, or even back to your
voicemail, we can also immediately dispatch the calls
that cannot wait, by reaching you immediately with the
information, or even putting the callers in direct
contact with you.

other service we provide, this one can be tailored to
your specific needs. This service can be used as a
backup for any unexpected burden on your office staff or
equipment. We can be there for you in case you get the
occasional spike in call volume, or if several of your
office staff are out sick.

more regularly if your office routinely experiences a
high call volume, and it is easier for your office to be
able to sort the calls out by priority and call your
clients back in a timely fashion.
