Why Text Paging?

With text messaging, you are not tied down to any one location. We can get the information to you no matter where you go. Text messaging also gives the added convenience of displaying a full message, rather than just a phone number. That means that you don't have to make an additional call to your service to find out who is calling and why. You have all of the information in your hand in a consistent format that you are used to.

What Information Is Displayed In A Text Message?

That depends on what information you need to know. You tell us what information you are going to need, and we will acquire it from every caller.

Do I Need Special Equipment?

You probably already have what you will need. We can send complete messages directly from our dispatch terminal to any device capable of receiving text messages. This includes e-mail, pagers and cell phones with text messaging capability.

What If I Don't Have One Of These?

Our office has refurbished and new alpha-numeric pagers for sale at reasonable prices.

What does the paging service offer?

Action Telephone Exchange offers both alpha numeric and digital pagers. Our paging system covers the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. Alpha paging is a good way to save time and money. They prevent unnecessary callbacks by having messages sent right to your pager.

800 numbers are available if requested.

Group phone numbers are available for anyone requesting that multiple pagers receive the same message. This procedure may seem complicated, but is actually quite simple.
